Business Manager
Business Manager (Full-Time, In-Office – Sandy Springs, GA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Business Manager to support daily operations, client relationships, recruiting, and administrative functions. This role will also serve as executive support to the CEO and will be responsible for ensuring internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
Join client calls, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
Coordinate hiring and onboarding for employees and independent contractors
Handle office management responsibilities including supplies, vendors, and maintaining day-to-day office operations
Support company accounting functions including invoicing, payment tracking, expense organization, and coordination with bookkeeping/accounting support
Process or coordinate payroll and contractor payments accurately and on time
Draft and manage business documents including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Independent Contractor Agreements, and other company/client documentation
Maintain organized records, contract tracking, and documentation systems
Provide executive assistant support to the CEO, including scheduling, task coordination, and additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in client relations, recruiting, office management, and/or business operations
Comfortable being on calls with clients and communicating professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience with accounting/payroll processes and business documentation preferred
Must be able to work full-time in-office in Sandy Springs, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
