Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Onsite – Contract)

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Contract Duration: 3 Weeks (Monday – Friday, Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-week onsite contract in Kennesaw, GA. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Perform Windows OS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
  • Assist with device imaging, setup, and deployment as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support basic network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure minimal downtime for end users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra, and Microsoft 365,.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network connectivity.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Details:

  • Onsite role – candidates must be available to work full-time (Monday – Friday) in Kennesaw, GA.
  • Contract duration is 3 weeks, with potential for extension based on business needs.
