Technical Delivery Manager – CIAM
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to lead a enterprise CIAM implementation engagement. This is a senior, client-facing delivery role requiring someone who can own the full implementation lifecycle — from scoping and configuration through go-live and adoption — while serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout. The ideal candidate brings deep IAM/CIAM platform experience and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and executive audiences.
Professional Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end CIAM implementation lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, integration, UAT, and go-live
- Configure CIAM platform components including MFA, SSO, RBAC, JIT provisioning, and self-service identity portals
- Integrate identity platforms with enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, and OT/edge environments
- Manage user population onboarding and identity data migration across customer environments
- Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, building trusted relationships with client IT leads and CISOs
- Conduct executive business reviews, translating deployment outcomes into measurable security and business ROI
- Proactively monitor adoption health, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewal conversations
- Feed customer insights back to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence platform roadmap
Professional Skills
- Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO (SAML/OIDC), RBAC, and ABAC
- API integration experience including REST, OAuth 2.0, and identity federation
- Proficiency troubleshooting identity flows, access errors, and integration logs
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and executive audiences
- Clear written communication skills — runbooks, integration guides, and status reports
- FIDO2/Passwordless authentication deployment experience is a plus
- Familiarity with OT environments or industrial access control is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks is a plus
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM platform implementation and delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale user onboarding and identity migration projects
- Strong project management capability including scope, planning, risk, and change management
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience, comfortable operating with autonomy in a client environment
- Experience at an IAM vendor, system integrator, or cybersecurity firm is a strong plus
- Must be located in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India
